Dear Gang,
The world keeps changing quickly due to COVID-19, we are thankful to be allowed to remain open as our pet supplies are deemed essential during these crazy times, but in order to give our best effort to be as safe as possible we have come to a few conclusions that we would like to share with you.
1. For now, we will not be accepting cash payments. All payments must be made via our terminal with a debit or credit card, or over the phone.
2. We strongly encourage that you take advantage of our curbside drop off and pick up. Simply call us to give us your payment and we will come to you with your items and/or pets!
3. If you are dropping off your pet for grooming please keep your collar and leash in the car. We will be coming with our own leads to take your pet safely inside and back to your car after their service.
4. In an effort to expose our staff as little as possible, during a time when demand is low, we will be closing at 4:00pm everyday. We will still remain open 7 days a week. If you have any issues or need to come in later than that let us know. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!
5. If you must come into the store for purchasing items we ask you to please refrain from touching anything you are not thinking of purchasing. If you need help please ask one of our staff for assistance.
Remember we are still disinfecting as often as we can and following all CDC guidelines we can in order to keep you, and ourselves, as safe as possible.
These measures will be in place until March 31st and we will reach out to you again on that day to let you know what has changed. If there is a drastic change before that we will reach out as well.
